7 reasons to join the library today

First of all, it is really easy to join. I’d recommend becoming a full member, but you can also register online to take advantage of online services such as borrowing eBooks and eMagazines.

To become a full member, visit your local library with proof of ID (with your name and current address) e.g. a utility bill or a driving licence. You’ll be asked to complete a form, but you’ll be a full member in a matter of minutes.

It really couldn’t be simpler.

You can borrow the following for free

  • borrow up to 9 books at a time for up to 3 weeks.
  • borrow eBooks and audiobooks for either  7, 14 or 21 days at a time.
  • eMagazines – you can return eMagazines if you want and when you want.
